Check-in is from 3pm. Check-in should be between normal operating hours between 3pm - 6pm. If you need to check-in after 6pm, please contact us in advance. Check-out is by 12pm. Late check-out is available for 5,000 yen/hour depending on the reservation status on the day.

Accessibility Each floor is accessible only by stairs and there are no lifts. Please note that the building is not barrier-free. Beds (futon) Twin beds are available in the two bedrooms, and a futon mattress in the Japanese tatami room on the top floor. For bookings of 4 people or less, no futon mattresses are provided in advance in the Japanese tatami room. If you wish to sleep in a Japanese tatami room, please contact us before the day of your stay. Child safety Due to the design and structure of the hotel, there are several areas that may be dangerous for children, such as the stairs, balcony area and the mezzanine floor above the living room. Please take extra care when children are staying at the hotel. Please note that the hotel will not be held responsible in the event of an accident or injury. Please also note that some of the interior decorations and furnishings in the rooms are delicate, such as washi paper walls and shoji paper screens. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the hotel, including in the guest rooms and the café space. Please use the smoking space on the 4th floor outdoor balcony. In the unlikely event that you light a lighter or smoke an electronic or heat-not-burn cigarette inside the building, the fire alarm will be activated. Please note that if you are found to be smoking, you will be charged an additional special cleaning fee. Damage to hotel property We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure.

Minors who wish to stay at the hotel without a parent or guardian may do so by submitting the 'Consent Form for Accommodation of Minors' in advance. Cancellation In the event of a cancellation of a booking a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rate on the room rate: 21 days before the day of stay: 50%. 14 days before the day of the stay: 100%. Reservation changes Reservations can be changed depending on the availability of the desired dates. Please note that depending on the dates requested, there may be a difference in the accommodation price and you may be asked to pay extra. Please contact the hotel at least three days prior to the booking date to make any changes.
